Since 1995, we’ve helped firms of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms, grow their business. Our focus is in accelerating the growth of the intrapreneurial business. These intrapreneurial enterprises are characterized by the following attributes:

• They are owned by a corporation, or in the case of joint-ventures, more than one corporation.
• They are chartered to conduct business in a quasi-independent manner of the parent organization. Their operating lattitude it greater than the firm’s integrated lines of buisness. In this respect, many foreign or domestic subsidiaries have an intrapreneurial quality.
• They typically have a separate P&L structure and/or reporting controls.

These enterprises exhibit the same growth challenges of any other business with the added complexity of working symbiotically within a parent organization structure. In fact, we believe that there are four fundamental dimensions to acheive intrapreneurial success.  They are:

1. Concept: Every business needs to have a good product concept and a sustainable business model that maps to a known market demand.
2. Capability: A good concept is not enough. Every business needs to be properly resourced with capital, people, processes, and tools to execute well.
3. Culture: Sustainable success requires cultural distinctiveness to define its mission, values, decision-making structure and accountability norms.
4. Cohesion: While every business needs to be proficient in these first three dimensions, intrapreneurial businesses need to also be proficient in how it integrates decision-making, alignment, return-on-investment, and communications with the parent organization.
